●Full participation of government, affiliated research institutions, think-tanks and companies involved in enterprise education to help students meet demands of job market future employers. 

●“Creativity for all, entrepreneurship for entrepreneurs”. Subjects + enterprise, practice + enterprise are the two main features of NCEE modules, with a tailor-made curriculum made after research by each partner college.
